Bewegt im Park - Bodywork Bodywork on the Wahlisswiese in Pörtschach combines effective full-body training with conscious breathing and new energy. Amidst the magnificent view of Lake Wörthersee, we train strength, flexibility, and body awareness together under the guidance of an instructor. The fresh air and the special surroundings make every session a holistic experience for body and mind – suitable for all levels.
