19th St. Margareten Bean Festival

What's it about?

The bean is in season again! On September 20th, the popular Bean Festival with music and good entertainment will take place again in St. Margareten. Culinarily, everything revolves around the bean: bean dishes from hearty to sweet, prepared by the associations and gastronomic establishments of the municipality, such as bean-cheese noodles, bean-Leberkäs, various green bean and bean stews, Abg’schmalzene Bohnen, bean-Cevapcici, Mc-Fisoli-Burger as well as strudels, cakes and tarts (with and without beans) … Program: 9:30 AM Thanksgiving service 11 AM Open-air concert with the Vellachtaler Trachtenkappelle 1 PM Music on the square with the Federn Trio 2 PM Cultural program 4:30 PM Grand tombola drawing In the afternoon: Music on the square – with the Federn Trio and the St. Margaretener Buam – all without amplifiers.
