LuJong HeilYoga for all age groups, held every Wednesday and Thursday from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Content: Meditation using various methods at the beginning, followed by LuJong Tibetan Healing Yoga for all age groups. Learn the 5 basic exercises and practice exercises from the 3 groups: Mind & Vital Organs & Flexibility. And finally, an intensive deep relaxation session lasting 1.5 hours to end the class, providing a great sense of well-being. LuJong is a 3000-year-old practice that offers increased vitality, a healthy spine, and blissfulness. It is easy to incorporate into everyday life. Sandra is directly trained by Tulku Lobsang. Cushions/mats and everything necessary are provided. Payment options: 20.00 euros per session or 180.00 euros for a 10-session card.
