The Museum Liaunig, a lively place of encounter and cultural dialogue in South Carinthia, is one of Austria's newest protected buildings. It demonstrates that monument protection not only concerns historic structures but also contemporary architecture of exceptional quality. The 'Tag des Denkmals' (Day of the Monument) offers the opportunity to discover this special museum building as a cultural heritage of our present. As part of the 'Tag des Denkmals,' the Museum Liaunig invites visitors to guided tours of its current exhibitions focusing on sculpture, plastic arts, and objects. Discover selected works of contemporary art and gain exciting insights into the museum's exhibition activities. The guided tours start at 11 AM, 2 PM, and 4 PM, and admission is free. Due to limited visitor numbers, participation in one of the guided tours and the museum visit itself on this day are only possible with prior registration via email at anmeldung...
