Hubsi's Steckerlfisch, Oysters & Champagne Location: Gourmet Restaurant Hubert Wallner Description: Under the motto "Future Needs Tradition", Hubert Wallner brings a piece of childhood memory to Lake Wörthersee: the legendary Steckerlfisch (fish grilled on a stick). Every Friday, trout, char or whitefish – depending on the catch and availability – are traditionally prepared by Hubert Wallner himself on a stick over charcoal. Fine oysters, champagne or chilled rosé are served with it. Look forward to an enjoyable summer afternoon directly by the lake – casual in dress, grand in taste.
