🥶 Winter swimming in Lake Wörthersee Even in winter, brave individuals can take a dip in the refreshing waters of Lake Wörthersee! During the joint winter swimming event in Velden, like-minded people gather every Sunday for a special experience during the cold season. The meet-up is organized by a private group – very informal, without club membership and without registration. Meeting point: 9:30 AM, HOLLYWOOD CAFÉ • BAR • VELDEN Start: Every Sunday at 10:00 AM (swimming or bathing time max. 10 minutes), afterwards, participants are welcome to meet again at the café. Participation: Free, no registration required. What to bring: - Swimsuit or swimwear - Towel - Swim cap - Swimming buoy – especially important! - If needed, gloves and neoprene shoes Important note: Participation is at your own risk. Please assess your physical condition realistically and pay attention to your safety in the cold water.
