For the third time, the Ensemble der Sommeroper Feldkirchen, led by Johannes Hanel, is a guest at Wirtstadl. The story centers on an overly jealous count who controls and imprisons his wife Francesca. But Francesca refuses to accept this paternalism any longer. Turbulent confusions and romantic developments unfold, which, together with the lively music and the excellent artists, ensure an entertaining and light-hearted opera evening.
