What's it about?

Kunstverein postWERK - Annual Exhibition 2026 Art project as part of the Triennale IV Kärnten Artists in the exhibition (curated by Barbara Ambrusch-Rapp): Katharina ACHT | Barbara AMBRUSCH-RAPP | Ernst BACHINGER | Fabian FREESE | Arnold KREUTER | Inge LASSER | Marlies LIEKFELD-RAPETTI | Anita WIEGELE | Christl WIEGELE (in memoriam) and guest artists Christina CLAR | Jure MARKOTA | Mana MIRA Fragility is omnipresent. In moments that tip over or in objects that can shatter. The world as a whole is fragile – in relationships, in society, in nature. This interdisciplinary annual exhibition by Kunstverein postWERK, however, explores the delicate as a state that does not mean weakness but attention. Where something is unstable, there is also space for change. Artists from Austria, Germany, Slovenia, and Iran present works that do not hide cracks but make them visible. Painting, photography, installation, and more.
