A mega-event is coming to Klagenfurt! The Jailhouse Rock’n’Roll Club is bringing the Rock’n’Roll Acrobatic World Championship to Carinthia in November 2026 – under the motto “We love Rock’n’Roll”. After the successful World Cup in 2015, the Austrian Championship in 2019, and the World Cup in 2022, it is now time to bring the world elite of Rock’n’Roll back to the big stage – with an event that combines dynamism, emotion, and top performance. For the first time in history, a Rock’n’Roll Acrobatic World Championship will take place in Carinthia. The Sportpark Klagenfurt will become the center of the international scene, as the best athletes in the world captivate the audience with twists, rotations, death drops, and somersaults. Rock’n’Roll acrobatics stands for speed, strength, teamwork, and precision. This fascinating sport combines peak physical performance with artistic expression and offers the ultimate mix of sport, show, and adrenaline – entirely in the spirit of our motto “We love Rock’n’Roll”. Around 1,000 dancers from over 20 nations are expected. A sold-out Sportpark is almost guaranteed, as Austria's only Rock’n’Roll Acrobatic World Championship attracts fans, clubs, and dance schools from all over Europe.
