What's it about?

When the days grow shorter and the forests glow with warm colors, the Gansl (roast goose) season begins at Zloam Wirt. Starting from the end of October, we serve deliciously crispy Gansln – golden brown on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside. We accompany them with the classic side dishes that are essential for a traditional Martinigansl: red cabbage, potato dumplings, and a hearty gravy that completes the flavor. Enjoy this special time of year in a cozy atmosphere – whether at the stylish Zloam Wirt with a glass of wine in good company.
