What's it about?

7-kilometer mountain run - 7-kilometer Nordic walking - 4 x 1.75-kilometer relay competition Nestled in the beautiful Ausseerland, the Loser Mountain Run offers a variety of challenges for mountain runners, Nordic walkers, and relay runners. Participating athletes take on Altaussee's local mountain, the impressive Loser, conquering over 1000 meters in altitude and several inclines of up to 21 percent. The race starts in the Loser Arena (Loser Panoramabahn); the goal is to reach the Loserfenster mountain station. The subsequent award ceremony takes place in the Loserhütte.
