The Mühlen Advent in Ramsau am Dachstein has long been a fixed date in the Advent season and delights every year with a new theme. Starting from the restored Old Mill in Rössing, the decorated and atmospherically lit path leads over the Hofrat-Gruber-Weg and the idyllic Philosophenweg, past the former sites of the historic Ramsau water mills, to the cozy Waldschenke in Ramsau Ort. Along the way, visitors can expect traditional craftsmanship, musical sounds, and the popular farm bread made from regional grain. Numerous stations tell stories about the cow – whether as a reliable helper in the field or as an important milk and meat supplier. Of course, culinary delights are also part of the experience: hearty delicacies and the delicious specialties of the Waldschenke turn the Advent walk into a culinary experience.
