"Joy in Singing" – under this motto, the vocal ensemble Mittendrin from St. Michael has been inspiring its audience for many years. Founded in 1996, the ensemble is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year with great gratitude and pride. Christian Rehrl-Leopold has been leading Mittendrin for 15 years with passion, humor, and a keen sense for sound and community. His lively arrangements – often unusual and creative adaptations of well-known rock and pop songs – shape the distinctive style of the ensemble. The anniversary concert is a reflection on many beautiful musical moments and also a look forward to the future: continued joy in singing and music that touches the heart.
