What's it about?
After the acclaimed 2026 tour through Austria and Germany, 2027 also sees the stage open for WIR4's 15th anniversary show! Fans can expect an exciting concert that combines the best of several worlds: unforgettable hits from Austria 3, original songs with character and depth, as well as international covers in Viennese translations. The thread tying everything together is the humorous and insightful moderation, which has become a trademark of WIR4. Founded in 2011 by former members of Austria 3 – Ulli Bäer, Gary Lux, Harald Fendrich, and Harry Stampfer – WIR4 has long established itself as an independent band. With heart, humor, and handcrafted music, they delight audiences across the country. They bridge the legendary legacy of Austria 3 with their own unique sound. Additionally, they have been involved as producers, lyricists, musicians, arrangers, or frontmen on many songs of Austrian music. From Falco to Gert Steinbäcker, from Georg Danzer to Wolfgang Ambros, and the legendary band Austria 3 (A3), they leave their musical mark. The 2027 anniversary show will be a musical retrospective of 15 years of band history – and a tribute to the powerful songs of Ambros, Fendrich, and Danzer. Included are new interpretations of well-known classics, personal anecdotes from their time on tour together, and plenty of musical surprises. WIR4 is not an Austria 3 cover band; WIR4 is THE Austria 3 band. You couldn't be closer to the Austrian myth.
