openVOICES a cappella humanHEARTS SONGS OF COMPASSION Eleven wonderful voices, united in friendly harmony: that is openVOICES. Founded in 2023, the ensemble combines more than 20 years of musical experience and friendship, which grew from making music together in choirs and ensembles during their studies at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz. The openVOICES stand for tasteful and exciting arrangements, precise interplay and elegant vocal sound. The program includes interpretations of well-known songs by famous pop artists such as the Beatles, Beach Boys, Sting, Michael Jackson, Coldplay and many more. All songs are performed in a cappella arrangements, some of which are self-penned or from the repertoire of renowned vocal groups such as the Real Group or Pentatonix. The combination of classical a cappella tradition and modern influences creates goosebump moments.
