Consultation Hour: Early Help for Expectant Parents and Families with Children Aged 0 to 3 Years

What's it about?

Early Help is a free, voluntary, and confidential service available from pregnancy and for families with children aged 0 to 3 years. Families receive support to manage daily life well, and help is offered in stressful situations. The goal is to promote the healthy development of children and strengthen family cohesion. Counseling and support are provided for personal, health, family, or financial issues, to strengthen the parent-child relationship, during consultation hours and, if necessary, through follow-up appointments, with administrative procedures and doctor's visits, and by referring to other supportive services.
