Advent Market and Nativity Scene Exhibition

What's it about?

A small but fine Advent market with handcrafted regional products takes place at the Rettenegger Dorfstadl. Additionally, visitors can view the nativity scenes that were self-constructed during nativity scene building courses. The market is musically accompanied by the music students. There is also excellent catering. When?: November 21, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM A special highlight from the first Advent weekend until mid-January in Rettenegg is the nativity scene trail, which runs directly through the village. Along the route, beautiful, handcrafted, and illuminated nativity scenes can be admired and appreciated. The starting point is at the Simml Chapel, located at the beginning of the village, where folders with route descriptions are available. The destination is the nativity scene at the Rettenegger Dorfstadl.
