What's it about?
Heartbeat and breath are the origin of movement, music and vitality. In this workshop, we connect with this primal force, learn to listen and find our expression. In interaction with the musician, we dance freely alone and together.We practice personal expression, the interplay of music and movement, and non-verbal communication with a partner.First, we focus on breathing, movement and personal expression, then we dedicate ourselves to communication and dancing with partners.Suitable for all levels and dance styles.
