CABARET BY MARKUS HIRTLER ALIAS ERMI-OMA Markus Hirtler worked for more than 20 years as a nurse, nursing service manager, home manager and social manager. He created the artistic figure Ermi-Oma to raise his voice for the people who are not gladly heard in our "age disposal society". The award-winning cabaret artist portrays the nursing home resident lovingly, multifaceted and with great empathy. "My goal is to promote understanding between generations and to awaken the desire for appreciative coexistence." M.H. LIVING SELF-TUNED You can live self-tuned and die self-determined, but certainly not inherit yourself. Or can you? Ermi-Oma suddenly has a huge chunk of money available due to a "coincidence". What to do? The audience can co-decide. A large-scale social study, from Ermi-Oma's sewing box.
