With 'Ella Schwerelos Herz,' the dance company ELLA presents a touching dance theater for the whole family in Fehring. The poetic dance performance tells of mysterious happiness and the many facets of the heart: sometimes it feels heavy like a sack of worries, sometimes light as a balloon. An empathetic production about feelings, courage, and self-acceptance – suitable for all people aged 3 and above. Before the performance, the workshop 'Movement & Feelings' invites participation. Together, the four basic emotions – joy, sadness, anger, and fear – are explored through movement, dance, and playful improvisations. The workshop is open to both adults and children and offers the opportunity to actively discover what is experienced.
