This is a reminder that the whole animal is valuable. Not only the prime cuts taste good! The delicacies will be prepared by award-winning chef Christian Übeleis. The culinary offerings will be prepared by master butchers Christoph & Rene from Fleischerei Paunger! The organic pigs "Vom Jogl" will be provided by Biohof Kornberger - Julia & Martin Köberl. The moderation will be handled by the well-known dialect poet Elfi Gross! And finally: Musical accompaniment from Joglland!
