AikiKids 2

What's it about?

This course is aimed at children aged 9-11 years. In addition to learning more complex techniques, age-appropriate exercises to increase strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination are also included. Of course, movement games are not missing in this course either. There is the opportunity to take a children's belt test at the end of the semester.
