2nd International VW Beetle & Käfer Meet in Sulzberg August 13-16, 2026 From August 13 to 16, 2026, Sulzberg will once again be all about the VW Beetle and VW Käfer. After the great success in 2024, we are delighted to welcome numerous Beetle and Käfer friends from home and abroad for the second time. Beetle Meet More than 65 lovingly maintained VW Beetles and VW Käfers from various nations are expected. What connects them is their enthusiasm for these special vehicles and the joy of shared excursions, pleasant encounters, and sociable hours. The public is cordially invited. The organizing team and the Beetle friends cordially invite the entire population and guests from the region to experience this special weekend. Whether at the arrival of the vehicles, at the vehicle exhibition, or at a cozy get-together – all interested parties are very welcome. The meeting already begins on Thursday, August 13, 2026, with a special highlight: From 4:00 PM, the VW Beetles and Käfers will drive together into Sulzberg. The passage through the village to Pension Bilgeri will be accompanied by an atmospheric honking concert and marks the official start of the meeting. We are especially pleased if numerous residents of Sulzberg greet the participants along the route and celebrate the start of the weekend with them. On Friday, August 14, 2026, the vehicles can be admired up close from 3:00 PM at the Nordic Sport Park Sulzberg. Visitors will have the opportunity to talk to the vehicle owners and experience the diversity of the lovingly maintained vehicles. From 5:00 PM, the official welcome will take place. Afterwards, from 5:30 PM, a vehicle blessing will be celebrated for the first time – a special moment where the VW Beetles and Käfers receive a blessing for a good and safe journey at all times. Food and drinks will be well provided for throughout the afternoon and evening. On the road together – celebrating together On Saturday, August 15, 2026, the participants will take a joint excursion through the beautiful landscape of the Bregenzerwald and the Alps. In the evening, the participants will end the day with a varied program in the Laurenzi-Saal. The evening program is a closed event and reserved for participants. On Sunday, August 16, 2026, the meeting ends after a final joint excursion, before the participants make their way home. We Beetle friends are already looking forward to seeing many familiar faces again and welcoming numerous new guests to Sulzberg.
