What's it about?
You can dance for happiness or turn the tables and dance until you are happy. We dance to traditional, modern, and meditative music from various cultures in different formations (circle, couple circle, in the alley, line dance, etc.). The focus of 'Dancing from Middle Age' is primarily on the joy of movement, music, and socializing! And in passing, dancing promotes coordination and concentration skills, physical endurance, and improves mobility. There is a trial lesson for getting to know each other! I look forward to all repeat and new encounters!
