Gesund und Fit - Tanzen mit Helene
What's it about?
You can dance for happiness or turn the tables and dance until you are happy. We dance to traditional, modern, and meditative music from various cultures in different formations (circle, partner circle, alley, linedance, etc.). The focus of 'Dancing from Middle Age' is primarily on the joy of movement, music, and socializing! And in passing, dancing promotes coordination and concentration skills, physical endurance, and improves mobility. There is a trial lesson for getting to know each other! I look forward to all returning and new encounters! Start: Thursday, October 8, 2026 - 10 sessions from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM. Meeting point: Haus zur Marienlinde (on October 8, we will meet in the gymnasium of the elementary school). Led by: Helene Blank - Tel. 0699 16056617. Costs: Club members €60; non-members €70.
