At the highest-altitude natural pharmacy on the Planneralm, valuable Latschenkiefer (Swiss pine) oil is produced according to old tradition. For over 60 years, the heater on the Planneralm has been fired up in summer to transform the young shoots of the Latsche (twisted pine) into beneficial oil.
