In the highest-altitude natural pharmacy on the Planneralm, the valuable Latschenkiefer (Swiss pine) oil is produced according to old tradition. For over 60 years, during summer, the heating of the boiler takes place on the Planneralm to transform the young shoots of the Latsche (crummholz pine) into the beneficial oil.
