Commented Apple Product Tasting

What's it about?

At the Orchard Center, the focus is on the variety of old, aromatic apple varieties. The tasting provides information about orchard cultivation, its ecological significance, and the preservation of rare varieties. As part of a guided tasting, around ten apple varieties will be introduced, their flavors described, and information about their uses and tree characteristics provided. Additionally, selected orchard products such as juices, vinegars, and spirits will be sampled. A short tour of the Orchard Center completes the experience and offers an opportunity to purchase regional products.
