On National Day, October 26, 2026, starting at 12:00 PM, the Klosterer Marienberg Chestnut Festival takes place. This year marks its 31st edition! A place dedicated to the sweet chestnut - Chestnut Festival Klosterer Marienberg. Do you know how roasted chestnuts taste? At the festival, you can enjoy roasted chestnuts as well as raw chestnuts sold by the D'Kaestnklauba association. Are you familiar with chestnut rice or chestnut chocolate and all kinds of chestnut pastries? - Chestnut croissants, chestnut strudel, chestnut roulade, chestnut (cream) slices, chestnut cake, chestnut cardinal slices, chestnut buns, as well as warm pastries like chestnut pancakes and chestnut dumplings.
