The traditional Martinikirtag, "Diversity in Burgenland Style - 25th Anniversary" Martini 2026: Diversity in Burgenland Style! Under the motto "Diversity in Burgenland Style," Markt St. Martin is celebrating a very special anniversary this year: for the 25th time, the traditional Martinikirtag invites on November 11, 2026, to celebrate the Burgenland state holiday together. The focus is on the entire diversity of our region – tradition and customs, music and joie de vivre, culinary delights and community. The Martinikirtag also in 2026 combines the tried and true with new accents and offers a varied program from morning until late at night for young and old. The festive opening begins at 10:00 a.m. with a solemn high mass led by Military Dean MMag. DDr. Alexander M. Wessel LL.M, Pastor Mag. Grzegorz Kotynia, and Pastor Basil Ikechukwu Obiekii. Following this, the traditional opening takes place with St. Martin on horseback, accompanied by the Markt St. Martin kindergarten.
