This special guided tour focuses on the story of an extraordinary woman. The exhibition about Princess Melinda Esterházy shows the stages of her life: Melinda Ottrubay begins dancing as a common girl, celebrates an incomparable career at the Budapest Opera House, and finally marries Prince Paul V. Esterházy. Based on a five-act opera, the tour leads room by room through the life of the last princely couple in the line of primogeniture. It offers insights into an existence full of ups and downs, into an ambitious career as a prima ballerina assoluta, and into a private life off stage.
