Repair-Café Rheindelta
What's it about?
Don't throw away, repair! The Repair Café aims to offer help for self-help. Guests are encouraged to carry out small repairs themselves under the supervision and guidance of a specialist or at least to help actively. Items that can be repaired are those for which appropriate specialists are available — from small electrical appliances, furniture, and bicycles to children's toys. The event is based on voluntary donations; only the cost of any necessary spare parts is to be paid, preferably sourced from companies based in Rheindelta if possible. It is an enrichment, not a competition!
