Julijan Eric Experience - Jimi Hendrix Tribute
What's it about?
This is a power trio from Ljubljana, Slovenia. Some might initially describe them as a Jimi Hendrix cover band, but they are much more than that. Instead of playing the songs note for note, they use Jimi's songs and techniques as a foundation for improvisation and experimentation to find their own feelings and musical landscape. Each concert is completely different, but what always remains the same is the energetic performance and the transcendent experience. They blend their own songs and expressions with Jimi Hendrix's style and old American blues musicians like John Lee Hooker, Muddy Waters, Howlin Wolf, Buddy Guy, and others.
