FigurFIT in the Morning

What's it about?

FigurFIT is suitable for women and men, fun, and offers a varied functional mix of strength, cardio, and core training. It also promotes balance and flexibility, and regularly includes simple, healthy recipes and nutrition tips. We meet outdoors at the beach volleyball court in dry weather and indoors at Crossfit Westpack in case of rain. 12 sessions of 60 minutes each, plus 15 minutes outdoor - flat rate €148.00 (€135.00 for repeat participants) / individual sessions by arrangement.
