What's it about?

FigurFIT is suitable for women and men, fun, and offers a varied functional mix of strength, cardio, and core training. It also promotes balance and flexibility, and regularly includes simple, healthy recipes and nutrition tips. The goal of the full-body training is to become FIT or to stay fit. 12 sessions of 60 + 10 minutes each - flat rate €148.00 (€135.00 for repeat participants) / individual lessons by arrangement.
