Dancing from Middle Age

What's it about?

"Dancing from Middle Age" has been held in Austria for more than 40 years. Dancing is not only a joyful activity to music, but in later years it can also significantly contribute to mental and physical fitness. It promotes concentration, reaction, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Traditional dances from around the world are danced. These include circle dances, partner dances, contra dances, line dance, and square dance. The music consists of old hits, waltzes, marches, South American rhythms, and traditional folk music from many different countries. At "Dancing from Middle Age," people come together who enjoy movement, music, and socializing. You are also welcome to come alone. No dance experience is required. Dancing refreshes the soul and is fun! I look forward to your participation. A trial lesson is free!
