What's it about?

This year again, there is the opportunity to shred cabbage and turnips at the OGV-Schopf. To participate, we absolutely need a written registration from you by September 23rd, stating how much cabbage and turnips you wish to shred, as well as the time you would like to start. The maximum quantity is 15 kg of turnips and 15 kg of cabbage per household. You only need to bring your own pickling crock. Cabbage shredder, turnips, cabbage, as well as salt and spices will be provided. Costs: One kilo of cabbage costs €3.20 and one kilo of turnips €2.70. The price includes salt, spices, and yogurt, as well as the free use of all equipment and utensils. The payment (according to the ordered quantity) should be received in our account by September 25th at the latest.
