Inspiring people and creating good structures using the example of the Bregenzerwald cultural centersCooperation does not happen by itself. It thrives on people, trust, and good structures. Together with representatives of the Bregenzerwald cultural centers and all interested parties, we will explore the question of what makes successful collaboration. The focus will be on questions such as: What does cooperation mean? What does it take for it to succeed? And how does the collaboration of the Bregenzerwald cultural centers work in practice?The evening will be moderated by Team Benedikt with impulses, practical examples, and experiences from accompanying change processes in companies and organizations. Together with Benedictine Father Anselm Grün, Team Benedikt developed a course program for leaders focusing on topics such as mindfulness, openness, appreciation, and joy of life.
