Oskar Haag - Lost Cause Tour
What's it about?
For all those interested in pop music or singer-songwriter acts outside the mainstream, Oskar Haag needs no introduction. The now 20-year-old Vienna-based artist, who has been called a "wonderkid" and "pop hope" by the German-speaking press from an early age, has been known to us for five years as a songwriter, musician, and actor. But above all, he is a hopelessly passionate live performer and stage person, who has amazed audiences with his many solo gigs, his tour with the British exceptional artist Birdy, support acts for bands like Tocotronic, Tomte, AVEC, and numerous appearances at renowned festivals (The Great Escape, Eurosonic, Rolling Stone Beach, MS Dockville) through his heartfelt, intimate, yet highly energetic stage shows. Give him an audience—no matter where or how large—and the young man will perform at his best. Words. With his "Lost Cause" tour in 2026, Oskar Haag is finally returning to the stages of music clubs, which in this case truly mean the boards of the world for him. The tour begins with solo shows in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales) and Austria in April and May of this year. From October 2026, it will take him to nearly 30 German-speaking cities, including Vienna, Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, and Zurich. And: You name it! The "indie wonder kid" will bring along, besides his already known hits like "Stargazing" or "Sharpen the Knives," the 15 new songs from his second, sensationally layered album "Lost Cause," which will be released in autumn. If schedule and production size permit, Haag will ignite a true fireworks of emotions together with his all-rounder band—Lorenz Ambeek (guitar/vocals), Ciara Gahleitner (bass/vocals), and Xavier Plus (drums/vocals). But even at his solo shows, with nothing but his distinctive voice, guitar, and piano, he will be no less energetic and will cause breathlessness and hearts beating faster in the audience. Guaranteed.
