What's it about?
After numerous 'Viennese evenings' and theater collages featuring Johann Nestroy and Ferdinand Raimund, it was time to dedicate a special evening to these two masters of the old Viennese folk theater. The association, consisting of actor, singer, director, and author Alfons Noventa and Christine Noventa, actress, musician, and co-author, has specialized in this style and in recent years has brought many interesting personalities from history and the present to the stage, such as Josef Haydn, Franz Grillparzer, Franz Schubert, Josef Meinrad, Freddy Quinn, and most recently the comedy duo Karl Valentin and Liesl Karlstadt. In the new production 'Die Welt steht auf kan Fall mehr lang,' many scenes and couplets from the works of Nestroy and Raimund are performed. Additionally, the audience learns biographical details from the private lives of both poets. The first part is dedicated to Johann Nestroy, and the second part to Ferdinand Raimund. An entertaining, cheerful-melancholic theater evening is guaranteed.
