What's it about?

He can certainly be described as a style-defining figure in recent rock history; Pete Doherty is definitely an indie legend. Unforgotten are his public scandals and shocking drug escapades with supermodel Kate Moss, which made the frontman of The Libertines (alongside Carl Barât) a permanent fixture in the tabloid media in the 2000s. In those days, Doherty also founded his second band, Babyshambles, who immediately delivered the next indie anthem in Great Britain with "Fuck Forever". Today, chaos and scandals are long a thing of the past. After a years-long break, Babyshambles returned to the stage in 2025 and even released their first new song in 12 years with the reggae/ska-infused "Dandy Hooligan". (dob)
