Wollreste gegen kalte Ohren
What's it about?
Under the motto "Wollreste gegen kalte Ohren" (Wool Scraps Against Cold Ears), a weekly handicraft session takes place during museum opening hours. Wool scraps are processed in the museum upon request and with guidance. Anyone can participate. We invite you to the weekly meetings to craft wool scraps into hats, scarves, socks, etc., for various good causes and institutions. If you have wool scraps at home, you are welcome to donate them to the museum or come by to do some handcrafting yourself. Assistance with the creation of the different items is also offered. Anyone interested in joining the cozy handicraft and social gathering is warmly welcome to the museum's parlor. The sessions are held weekly from 2 PM to 5 PM, from June to October and from January to March.
