OGV invites to Fermentation Course
What's it about?
The Fruit and Horticulture Association invites you to fermentation on September 17th. Together with course instructor, Ms. Marianne Scheidbach, vegetables will be preserved using lactic acid or brine technique. The course fee for members is € 15.
