What's it about?

Yoga with Saira Strobel from August 29 to September 5, 2026. Treat yourself to a break and find your center again with a yoga session. At Sonnenburg, you are warmly invited to consciously strengthen the connection between body, mind, and soul. Our experienced yoga instructor Saira Strobel will accompany you. Wednesday to Sunday from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. Friday and Saturday from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. Registration at hotel@sonnenburg.at or directly at the Sonnenburg reception. The participation fee per person is €15. Hotel guests pay €5 per person. Yoga equipment will be provided.
