What's it about?

Incense burning is an ancient practice that has connected people with nature, the unseen, and their inner selves throughout history. This incense course introduces the ancient art of incense burning and combines traditional knowledge from various cultures with modern practice — from local herbs to traditional applications in the Alpine region. Participants will create their own incense balls or bundles, which can be taken home as companions for rituals, cleansing, and inner reflection.
