What's it about?

Discover movement. Develop courage. Grow with joy.Children have a natural urge to move. They run, jump, climb, balance and playfully discover their abilities and their environment. Children's gymnastics focuses on the joy of movement. In a varied and child-friendly environment, children can strengthen their motor skills, develop self-confidence and be active together with others. With various movement landscapes, exciting obstacle courses, fun games and creative exercises, we promote coordination, balance, dexterity and body awareness – always with lots of fun and without pressure to perform. What children can expect: Movement landscapes and obstacle courses for climbing, balancing, jumping, crawling and discovering Fun games and varied movement tasks that promote coordination, endurance and team spirit Exercises to promote body awareness, dexterity and self-confidence Shared rituals, games and plenty of room for the joy of movement A loving and appreciative atmosphere in which each child can grow at their own pace It is important to me to create a safe, joyful and pressure-free space. It's not about performance or comparisons, but about experiencing movement with joy, trying new things and building self-confidence. Movement at this age is an important foundation – for healthy development, social experiences and a positive body feeling. I look forward to accompanying the children a little on their way. Attention: This course takes place without parents or guardians.
