From various water treatments, plant extracts, to movement and nutrition recommendations, as well as the well-being of your soul, these are important parts of Kneipp. I will guide you through a natural barefoot course and show you different methods to activate the body. At the Kneipp facility Hägerau, we will refresh ourselves with various treatments by Sebastian Kneipp. Whether it's water walking, knee dousing, or washes, we will find the right one for you. Afterwards, we will bring movement and fun into the Kneipp experience, and to finish, we will relax with a meditation and a small snack, 'Kneippianer Like'.
