Bread Baking at the Museum

What's it about?

Baking your own bread is back in style! For years, traditional wood-fired bread has been baked at s'Paules & s'Seppls Haus. The day before, a pre-dough is prepared, and on Thursday morning, it is mixed with rye and wheat flour, salt, and a little caraway, then shaped into tasty loaves and rolls. Visit the museum and watch the women and men of Fiss over their shoulders – of course, you can buy the wood-fired bread from approximately 11:30 AM. Attention: No self-baking – this is a demonstration!
