What's it about?

Baking bread yourself is back in trend! For years, traditional wood-fired bread has been baked at s’Paules & s’Seppls Haus. The day before, a preferment is prepared, and on Thursday morning, it is mixed with rye and wheat flour, salt, and a bit of caraway, then shaped into tasty loaves and rolls. Visit the museum and watch the Fisser women and men at work – of course, you can buy the wood-fired bread from around 11:30 a.m. Note: This is not self-baking; it is a demonstration!
