What's it about?
The young Japanese martial art AIKIDO is emphatically defensive. It teaches how to deal with dangers, to resolve conflicts instead of further fueling them. In training, the attacking energy is redirected against the opponent themselves and thus runs into emptiness. Aikido is not only a martial art, but also a way of life.
